The Story of the Becoming Earrings. "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” 2 Corinthians 5:17 At some point, we’ve all learned that a body at rest wants to stay at rest, and it pretty much will until an outside force acts upon it. And when it acts, it is rarely a neat and easy process. After all, who wants to change–or be changed? It’s so much easier to just chill, isn’t it? But the thing about staying still is, we can quickly go from placid to stagnant. But God sees our potential. He knows what we can Become. So, He uses our struggles to work on our hearts. He allows them to make us uncomfortable with staying in one place.
